3/4 cup chilled, liquid Milk

How To Make Banana Shake

Step 1

Take a ripe banana or bananas according to banana shake quantity. The bananas should be peeled and cut into pieces. Vanilla ice cream can be used in this recipe to make the milkshake creamy and tasty, while cardamom powder is used to add flavour.

Step 2

Place the sliced banana in the blender jar or the large jar of a mixer grinder.

Step 3

A pinch of cardamom powder is added. This is a non-essential component. If it isn’t available, don’t bother.

3/4 cup milk should be poured over it.
